Terms and Conditions.

These terms cover Slice Club court use, bookings, conduct and the court participation waiver.

Using Slice

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials private, and use the website lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Slice Club is being developed at Levi Mariano, Brgy Ususan, Taguig, with plans for three outdoor tennis courts: two dome-covered and one open-air. Opening plans, rates, court availability and services may change as the club develops.

Booking and cancellation

A booking is confirmed when the Slice booking flow confirms it and it appears in your member dashboard. Availability is subject to the live court schedule, maintenance and operational closures.

Bookings are non-refundable once payment has been completed. If a force majeure event or other circumstance beyond Slice Club's reasonable control prevents the session from going ahead, Slice Club may offer a rebooking instead of a refund.

Late arrival does not extend the booking. For example, a 7:00–8:00 PM booking still ends at 8:00 PM if you arrive at 7:20 PM. Players must leave the court on time and respect the next player's scheduled session.

A no-show is treated as a used booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please enter the correct number of players when booking. Entrance fees are charged per player; member entrance is waived where the applicable member benefit applies. Additional players, entrance fees or other applicable charges may be paid on site.

Payment is collected only through the payment method shown at checkout.

Court use

Courts are for tennis-related activities only unless Slice Club gives prior authorization. Do not bring glass containers into the court area.

Do not hit against walls or fences unless Slice Club has designated an area for that activity. Unauthorized coaching or paid instruction is not permitted. Players must follow reasonable instructions from Slice Club staff.

Assumption of risk and waiver

Tennis involves inherent risks including slips, falls, collisions, strains, sprains and other injuries. You voluntarily participate and are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to play.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Slice Club, its owners, directors, employees, coaches, contractors and representatives from claims arising from the inherent risks of participation. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including proven negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

Notify staff immediately of any injury, unsafe condition or emergency. You remain responsible for your own medical and related expenses unless otherwise required by law.

Safety

Tennis involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, ball or racket impact and other injuries. Players participate at their own risk and should make sure they are physically capable of playing.

Warm up before playing. Stop if you are injured or feel unwell and inform staff. Slice Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents or incidents arising from inherent tennis risks, a player's own actions or negligence, or failure to follow safety rules, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Slice Club is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of the court, equipment or facilities. Staff may stop play if they identify an immediate safety concern.

Damage and personal belongings

Players may be responsible for damage to Slice Club property caused by misuse or intentional acts, including damage to court surfaces, nets, posts, lights, benches, rackets, other equipment or other Slice Club property.

Slice Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Player conduct

Fighting, harassment, bullying, threats, abusive or disrespectful language, excessive racket throwing, deliberate property or equipment damage, alcohol or drug use where prohibited by law or facility rules, smoking or vaping in prohibited areas, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

After a verbal warning, Slice Club may cancel the booking and require the person or group to leave without refund. Serious violations, threats, violence, deliberate damage or an immediate safety risk may result in immediate cancellation, removal and restriction of future bookings.

Minors, coaches and lessons

A parent or legal guardian must approve participation by anyone under 18, provide emergency contact information when requested, and remain responsible for the minor while inside the facility.

Coach fees and court rental are separate unless Slice Club creates a package. Only authorized or approved coaches may conduct paid lessons. Outside coaches may only be used if Slice Club has approved them in advance.

Photos and videos

By entering and using the Slice Club premises, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may be taken during activities and may be used for Slice Club marketing, promotional, social media and other business purposes.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may tell Slice Club staff at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to honour that request.

Privacy, changes and contact

Personal information collected through bookings, memberships, enquiries and incident reports is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data-protection law.

We may update these terms as the venue, booking features or payment process develops. The updated date above indicates when this page was last reviewed. If something goes wrong or you have a question about a booking, contact the Slice team through the website contact form.
